KX is committed to the responsible, ethical, and transparent use of artificial intelligence (AI) across our business. We recognize that trust, accountability, and appropriate oversight are essential to the adoption of AI technologies.

AI is used within KX to support selected internal operations, services, and offerings, with the goal of improving efficiency, consistency, and responsiveness. Human oversight forms an important part of how AI is used across the organization. KX does NOT use customer data to train AI models.

We maintain established data protection and information security practices, and the use of AI does not change our commitments to privacy, confidentiality, or security. Where AI tools are used, existing data classification, handling, and security controls continue to apply.

We recognize that AI systems may produce outputs that are incomplete or inaccurate. For this reason, AI-assisted outputs are subject to review and validation appropriate to their context and intended use.

Our approach to AI is evolving. KX is actively developing and maturing its AI governance practices and continues to review how AI is used across the organization to support alignment with our values, contractual commitments, and regulatory obligations.
