Location: This is a hybrid position with SiXworks Limited, based in Farnborough, England, United Kingdom.

The role is designed for a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) graduate or a junior developer, who is interested in a career in the IT sector, working alongside Defence and national security departments. Full training will be provided to learn the “q” programming language, which is associated with the kdb+ time series database from KX systems (kx.com). The successful application can expect to be quickly engaged in development projects, supporting Defence customers to capture, store, analyse and visualise huge volumes of data in real time.
