Human Resource Management Policy

KX abides by the posted Human Resource Policies, including those on pre-employment screening, usage of company resources, whistleblowing, professional development among others.

In addition to training required at the corporate level, KX mandates that its employees complete annual ISMS training.

Note: Noncompliance with the ISMS Policies and Standards by KX employees and / or contract staff may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, contract or assignment.
