Role Overview:

As a Solutions Architect with a strong Python background at KX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of our software products with our partner organizations. Your expertise in Python and solution architecture will be critical in this role, as you work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance to ensure a seamless partnership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to deeply understand their technical requirements and assist them in integrating our software products into their systems and infrastructure, with a strong focus on Python-based solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, APIs, and best practices, to support partners during onboarding.
• Provide expert-level technical support to partners by quickly identifying and resolving integration issues with Python-based solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for partner technical teams, specifically tailored to Python integration, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively with our software products.
• Execute rigorous testing of partner integrations, emphasizing Python compatibility, to ensure they meet our quality standards and align with the product roadmap.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, gathering feedback on product improvements and enhancements based on partner experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align partner onboarding processes with business objectives and customer needs.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to provide insights for enhancing our partner onboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a Solutions Architect role, with a strong focus on Python-based solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Python integrations and provide effective solutions.
• Track record of conducting training sessions in a technical context.
• Quality assurance and testing skills, with a particular emphasis on Python compatibility.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly those related to Python.
