KX is committed to maintaining a Business Continuity Program at KX, to help ensure that KX is ready to respond to disruptions that may occur and to be able to quickly recover all KX services and support.
KX has a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place that is approved by Senior Management and reviewed quarterly, or in case of a major change. An abbreviated version is available here. The KX BCP is tested throughout the year. All aspects will be tested at least once per 12 months.

KX is committed to establishing a broader Business Resiliency program, achieving compliance to ISO 22301 in 2H 2025.
