KX is actively looking for a Software Tester to join our Strategic R&D team.

The Role:
  • We are a bunch of people who are passionate about the quality of our product.
  • We are always looking for ways to improve our testing approach and moving towards a more Agile approach.
  • Joining us as a software tester, you’ll be involved in the quality assurance stage of our KX Flow software development and deployment.
  • You’ll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users.
Criteria:
  • Strong background in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar discipline
  • Ideally 2/3 years’ experience as a software tester
  • Good working knowledge of SQL/UNIX
  • Ability to learn, introduce and improve new and existing test practice and process
  • Ability to communicate with team lead and team members
  • Strong focus on customer experience and product quality
  • Experience in automation an advantage
  • Exposure to unit testing also an advantage
  • Experience within the financial sector an advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development
