Your KX partner level will determine the specific technical, sales, and marketing benefits you have access to. The requirements vary slightly depending on the type of partner you are, so take the time to understand what might be most relevant and beneficial to your organization.

Participate in deal registration. This refers to co-operating when liaising with the end customer and ensuring that all activity is logged and monitored in line with both company’s operating procedures and sales processes. |

Assigned Partner Manager. This ensures that KX will assign a partner manager from the partnerships team to ensure that all Go To Market Activity is centrally co-ordinated and ensures that both parties can maximise the potential of the partnership. |

Access to Technical Support. This ensures that KX will assign appropriate resource to assess the technical feasibility/ compatibility of a joint product offering or integration. In line with any signed agreement, KX will allocate sufficient resource on a case-by-case basis in line with nature of the opportunity. |

Discounts on training. This refers to specific training on KX products to ensure that partners are deriving maximum value from KX product offerings. Virtual KX workshops can also be delivered. |

Referral Commission. In line with the executed partner agreement, KX agrees to a % commission fee for successful partner brokered deals with an end customer. |

Access to Product Roadmap Reviews. This refers to any new iterations or any intended product upgrades or enhancements that KX partners will have access to. KX Plus and Premier Partners will have insight into the KX R&D Product Roadmap for any new and additional features that may be of benefit to a KX Partner. |

Co-Marketing Support. This refers to assistance and co-operation with KX Marketing for Go To Market activities and materials to ensure that Sales and Marketing teams on both sides are sufficiently equipped to gain market traction. |

Assigned Executive Sponsorship. KX Plus partners will be assigned executive sponsorship to ensure that all activity is sufficiently resourced and co-ordinated with executive buy in from Senior KX Stakeholders. |

Enablement Package for Sales Team. KX will provide Sales enablement material in the form of Data Sheets and Presentations incorporating Partner materials to ensure that partners are adequately equipped with appropriate messaging. |

Engineering co-development. For joint product offerings, KX will allocate appropriate development resources to ensure any integrations or product requirements are delivered in an agreed time frame with a partner. |
