    An introductory course about kdb+ and the principles of vector programming.

    • Datatypes and objects in kdb+/q – Atoms, Lists, Dictionaries – what kinds of data types and objects exist and how best to handle/manipulate them?
    • Operators & Iterators in kdb+/q – how to do looping?
    • Tables: Querying (q-SQL) & Joins – how to effectively query and join kdb+ tables?
    • Functions & Scripting – how can I define my own functions and best practices?
    • Execution Control – how to write conditional statements and manage control flow?
    • I/O – how to load/save from files and how to do interprocess communication?
