Non-Commercial and Educational Usage of the 32-bit Version
The 32-bit download version of kdb+ is available for non-commercial and educational users wishing to test the kdb+ software and develop applications.

You must first agree to the "Download Kdb+ Software License Agreement" terms and may not use the kdb+ software, either alone or with applications that you write, for production use.

The download version functions with Windows, Linux, Solaris and OSX, and contains all you need to be able to learn the kdb+ programming language q from the tutorials at code.kx.com.
